Getting to cancel subscriptions on MTN is not as hard as many people would think. Follow the steps to cancel any subscription that you no longer need.
- Go to your Phone app and dial *155#
- Reply with 1 to view or cancel subscriptions that are active.
- Reply with 1 to cancel.
After doing this, you will receive a message letting you know that your request is being processed. It usually takes a few minutes or up to a day on rare occasions for the subscription to then be canceled. Dial *155#, and reply with 1 to check if it’s still there.

- Go to your Phone app, dial *141*5# and reply with .
- Reply with 1 on the next prompt to manage content services.
- Reply with 2 to manage premium rate services.
- With this, you can opt out of any PRS on your network.
