Go to your Phone app, and dial *123# using the phone you want to upgrade. If you meet the requirements, you can start applying for the upgrade. 

Dial *180# on your Telkom phone, select the Manage Account option, and then, select View Contract End Date. With this, you would know when your contract ends. 

When Can I Do My Telkom Upgrade

Like I said earlier, you have to meet those 3 requirements above before you can successfully apply for a contract upgrade. 

For example, if you are on a 12-month contract, you have to wait till the 10th month before you’ll be able to upgrade. Also, you need to have paid for all the billings for the 10 months prior. 

Now, to carry out a Telkom upgrade check, dial *123# from the device, then you will see whether you qualify or not. There will be offers if you do and none if you do not. 

Also, to know when your contract is ending, dial *180# from the device, select the Manage Account option, and then, select View Contract End Date. Your contract end date will be shown to you.

You can go to Telkom’s official website, login to your account using your details, input your phone number where it is required and verify it using the OTP code sent to your phone. Once this is done, you will receive the date for your contract upgrade and when the present contract will end.
